Can I buy only one set at these special wholesale prices?

Yes, since we are the importers we can offer you an opportunity to purchase sets at highly discounted rates.

Are there additional discounts for purchasing large quantities?

If you are interested in purchasing a larger quantity of sets, please contact us by phone or e-mail via contact us.

What are the shipping rates for Esrogim (Arba Minim sets)?

The shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on quantity, destination zip code, and shipping service selected.

Is there an additional charge for overnight shipping of Arba Minim sets?

There is no additional charge, since each customer can select the shipping service they desire. One of the options is Fedex Overnight and the price quoted at checkout is the price you pay.

What shipping services are recommended for shipping Esrog sets?

Depending on your zip code, you will be able to choose the shipping service from the options available to you. We recommend no more than 3 days of transit time. Fedex Express Saver, Fedex 2 Day, and Fedex Overnight are always better than other services as it minimizes the time your set is in transit. We reserve the right to substitute carriers at our discretion using an equivalent or higher level of service.

Do you ship across the United States?

Of course we do. We go above and beyond to satisfy our customers.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous US States. Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other foreign countries.

Which carrier will be shipping my order?

All orders will be shipped via Fedex exclusively. A tracking number will be available to allow you to track your shipment en route.

When is the last time that I can order Esrog sets with guaranteed delivery for Sukkot?

The deadline for accepting orders with FedEx Express Saver (i.e. not using Fedex Overnight or Fedex 2nd Day Air) is Monday, September 17, 2018, 6 p.m. EST. All orders submitted on September 17th after 6 p.m. until Thursday, September 20th 2 p.m. must choose Fedex Overnight as the shipping service. All orders submitted thereafter are not guaranteed to be delivered prior to Sukkot. You can order after September 17th choosing any shipping method you want, but we cannot guarantee delivery by Friday, September 21st unless the recommended shipping services are selected (there are no carrier deliveries on Saturday, September 22 or Sunday, September 23 and Sukkot begins the evening of September 23, thus delivery must take place Friday prior to that).

When will I receive my order?

Shipment arrival date depends on the shipping service selected. All orders submitted by the above dates with the recommended shipping service, should be received no later than end of day Friday, September 21, 2018. Our goal is for orders that were placed in a timely fashion to arrive a couple of days ahead of that, so that you do not need to worry. Orders placed by Sunday, September 16, 2018, 6 p.m., will be shipped between the 17th and the 18th for arrival by Thursday, September 20 so that there is enough time to get you a new set in time for the holiday should there be any issues with the delivery. If you need your set by a specific time, please be sure to contact us at the time you place your order and we will be glad to accommodate.

What if there is nobody at the shipping address to accept the order when Fedex tries to make a delivery?

FedEx will leave a notice of the delivery attempt, and, if you take no action, make another delivery attempt to the same shipping address the next business day. You also have the option to call the phone number on the FedEx notice and instruct them to hold the order for you to pick up in person at your local FedEx delivery depot. You will need the tracking number on the notice when you call FedEx, and be able to produce the notice and a photo ID when you go to pick up the order.

What is your return policy for the Esrogim sets?

Because the sets are perishable, all sales are final. No returns are accepted. However, if you have any problems with your order after it has been received, please call or e-mail our customer service department immediately.
